1. Sponsor

The Become Your Beast™ VIP 365 Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Nomad Mixed Combat HQ, Nomad HQ Training, LLC, Fort Smith, AR Metro Area (“Sponsor” or “Nomad”).

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER, BECOME A FINALIST, OR WIN.

Purchasing any Nomad Mixed Combat HQ membership, coaching program, product, or service will not increase or decrease an applicant’s likelihood of being selected.

A referral is not required to enter, become a finalist, or win.

3. Contest Period

Applications will be accepted beginning 08/11/26 at 12:00 AM Central Time and must be received no later than 08/21/26 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Contest Period”).

Sponsor’s records will determine whether an application was timely received.

Sponsor may begin reviewing applications during the Contest Period.

4. Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must:

Be a natural person 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

Be a legal resident of the Fort Smith, Arkansas Metro Area;

Be reasonably able and willing to regularly travel to Nomad Mixed Combat HQ, located approximately 10 minutes west of Fort Smith, Arkansas;

Be willing and reasonably able to participate in scheduled training at least three times per week for approximately one year;

Be willing to comply with Nomad Mixed Combat HQ’s safety, conduct, waiver, scheduling, and participation requirements;

If selected as a finalist, attend the required in-person Beast Intro and finalist interview;

If selected as a finalist, participate in the required photography, video recording, and Finalist Community Campaign described below;

If conditionally selected as a winner, complete all required verification and background screening;

and Be willing to satisfy the documentation and media-participation requirements associated with VIP 365.

Employees, owners, individuals directly involved in administering or judging the Contest, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, an eligible individual must complete and submit the official Become Your Beast™ VIP 365 application.

Applicants must provide truthful, accurate, and substantially complete information.

Limit one application per person.

No purchase, payment, membership, or referral is required.

Incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, materially misleading, or otherwise ineligible applications may be disqualified.

Applicant Grand Opening Benefit

Each eligible applicant who submits a complete VIP 365 application during the Contest Period will receive complimentary admission to Nomad Mixed Combat HQ’s Grand Opening Saturday Training on August 22, 2026, a $49 value, subject to facility capacity, required training waivers, safety requirements, and ordinary facility policies.

No purchase or payment is required to receive this applicant benefit. Attendance is optional for applicants who are not selected as finalists.

SELECTION PROCESS

6. Judged Contest

This is a judged contest and not a random drawing or sweepstakes.

Applicants are not selected by chance.

Eligible applications will initially be evaluated by Nomad Mixed Combat HQ based on factors including:

Potential Impact — The degree to which the VIP 365 experience could meaningfully benefit the applicant.

Commitment — The applicant’s demonstrated willingness and ability to participate consistently throughout the year.

Coachability — Willingness to learn, accept feedback, receive instruction, and follow the coaching process.

Motivation & Purpose — The strength and authenticity of the applicant’s reasons for pursuing the experience.

Transformation Potential — Sponsor’s assessment of the applicant’s potential to meaningfully develop through one year of training and coaching.

Overall Program Fit — Sponsor’s assessment of the applicant’s suitability for the requirements, environment, objectives, and public nature of the VIP 365 experience.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding application of these criteria are final, subject to applicable law.

7. Finalist Selection

Following review of eligible applications, Sponsor intends to select up to five (5) finalists.

Sponsor is not required to select five finalists if fewer applicants sufficiently satisfy the judging criteria.

Selection as a finalist does not mean an applicant has won VIP 365 and does not guarantee receipt of the Grand Prize.

Finalists will be contacted using the information provided with their applications.

If a finalist cannot be contacted within 48 HOURS, declines to continue, fails to attend required activities, or becomes ineligible, Sponsor may remove that person from consideration and may select an alternate finalist.

Finalists must attend and participate in Nomad Mixed Combat HQ’s Grand Opening Saturday Training on August 22, 2026. The Intensive will serve as the final in-person stage of the VIP 365 judging process, and each finalist’s participation and performance during the Intensive will be considered in the final selection.

8. Complimentary Finalist Beast Intro, Interview & Media Content

Each finalist must attend an in-person complimentary Beast Intro and finalist interview at Nomad Mixed Combat HQ.

The Beast Intro and interview allow Sponsor to:

Meet the finalist personally;

Further understand the finalist’s goals and application;

Allow the finalist to experience Nomad training and coaching;

Evaluate coachability, commitment, motivation, and overall program fit;

Capture photographs, video footage, interviews, and other content related to the finalist’s participation; and

Further evaluate the finalist under the published judging criteria.

As part of the finalist process, Nomad Mixed Combat HQ will photograph and record video of each finalist during their Beast Intro and/or finalist interview.

This content may be edited and published through Nomad Mixed Combat HQ’s social-media accounts, website, and related digital channels as part of the VIP 365 Finalist Community Campaign.

The purpose of this content is to:

Introduce each finalist to the community;

Share the finalist’s story, motivation, and goals;

Showcase portions of the finalist’s Beast Intro and training experience; and

Allow the community to provide support that will be considered as part of the final winner-selection process.

Finalists may be asked to participate in a brief on-camera interview concerning their goals, motivation, experience, personal story, and reasons for wanting to complete the Become Your Beast™ VIP 365 program.

Participation in the required photography, video recording, and Finalist Community Campaign is a condition of finalist participation.

A finalist unwilling to participate may decline finalist status but will no longer remain eligible for final selection.

The Beast Intro is provided at no charge. No purchase, enrollment, or payment is required to participate in the finalist process or remain eligible for the Grand Prize.

Finalists will execute any applicable media/publicity release or recording consent required by Sponsor before recording or publication.

Failure or refusal to attend the required Beast Intro/final interview or complete the required finalist process during the designated period will make that finalist ineligible for final selection.

COMMUNITY FINALIST ROUND

9. Finalist Community Campaign

Sponsor may feature finalists through Nomad Mixed Combat HQ’s social-media and digital channels during a designated VIP 365 Finalist Community Campaign.

Content may include photographs, Beast Intro footage, interviews, finalist profiles, application stories, training footage, goals, or other information and content created or provided in connection with the finalist process.

Members of the public may be invited to show support for individual finalists through designated engagement methods announced by Sponsor, which may include comments or other permitted interactions on official Nomad Mixed Combat HQ social-media content.

Finalists may encourage friends, family members, coworkers, followers, and other members of their communities to view and legitimately engage with the campaign.

10. Community Support & Final Evaluation

Community support and Nomad Mixed Combat HQ’s evaluation will receive equal consideration in the final selection process.

The two primary components are:

Community Support — 50%

Nomad Mixed Combat HQ Evaluation — 50%

Nomad’s evaluation will consider the published criteria, including:

Potential impact;

Commitment;

Coachability;

Motivation and purpose;

Transformation potential;

Overall program fit; and

Observations made during the Beast Intro and finalist interview; and

Participation and performance during the August 22, 2026 Grand Opening Saturday Training, including demonstrated effort, persistence, coachability, attitude, engagement, willingness to push through difficulty, and overall performance.

The August 22 Intensive is the final live evaluation stage. A finalist’s performance during the Intensive may materially improve or reduce Sponsor’s evaluation of that finalist and may affect the final winner selection. Sponsor may provide finalists with live coaching, encouragement, feedback, and information regarding their performance during the Intensive.

Community support may include legitimate engagement received through designated Contest posts or other official support mechanisms announced by Sponsor.

THE COMMUNITY GETS A VOICE. NOMAD MAKES THE FINAL SELECTION.

Community support will materially inform the final selection but does not constitute a random drawing or guarantee selection solely because a finalist receives the largest raw number of comments, likes, shares, or other engagements.

Sponsor will make the final selection in accordance with these Official Rules and the stated selection criteria.

11. Manipulation of Community Support

Only legitimate community participation will be considered.

Sponsor may disregard engagement that Sponsor reasonably determines resulted from:

Bots;

Fake or duplicate accounts;

Purchased engagement;

Automated engagement;

Spam;

Fraud;

Vote exchanges or coordinated manipulation schemes;

Misrepresentation;

Technical manipulation; or

Other attempts to artificially influence community support.

Finalists may legitimately encourage others to support them.

Finalists must comply with applicable social-media platform rules and any required disclosures when promoting their participation.

WINNER SELECTION

12. Final Winner Selection

Following completion of the finalist process, community campaign, and August 22, 2026 Grand Opening Saturday Training, Sponsor will select one (1) primary VIP 365 winner using the final selection process described in these Official Rules. Sponsor intends to make and announce the final selection at or near the conclusion of the August 22 Intensive.

The selected individual will initially be considered the potential winner.

The potential winner does not become the official winner until all eligibility, verification, background-screening, documentation, and other applicable requirements have been successfully completed.

If the potential winner fails verification, refuses the prize, cannot be contacted, fails required screening, or otherwise becomes ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate from the remaining qualified finalists using the same selection criteria.

13. Background Screening

Before receiving VIP 365, the potential winner must provide any legally required authorization for Sponsor or Sponsor’s screening provider to conduct a nationwide criminal background check.

Selection remains conditional until screening and all other eligibility requirements have been completed.

Sponsor will apply its established safety and eligibility standards consistent with applicable law.

If the potential winner refuses required screening or is determined ineligible under those standards, the potential winner will forfeit eligibility and Sponsor may select an alternate finalist.

THE PRIZE

14. Grand Prize

One verified primary winner will receive:

BECOME YOUR BEAST™ VIP 365

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,400

The package consists of approximately one year of the training, coaching, Advanced Training Intensives, personal check-ins, online coaching, access, privileges, and other benefits identified on the official VIP 365 Contest page.

VIP 365 represents approximately 12 months of access to eligible services as offered and available through Nomad Mixed Combat HQ during the prize period and is not a guarantee that every listed service, class, event, instructor, or schedule will remain unchanged or continuously available throughout that period.

The Grand Prize:

Has no cash redemption value;

May not be sold or transferred without Sponsor’s written authorization;

Cannot be exchanged for another membership or cash;

Is subject to applicable schedules, capacity, eligibility, and program requirements; and

Does not include transportation, equipment, merchandise, meals, or other expenses unless expressly identified as included.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

15. Referrals

Applicants may refer an unlimited number of eligible individuals to apply for VIP 365.

Each referred individual must independently:

Meet all Contest eligibility requirements;

Complete their own valid VIP 365 application during the Contest Period; and

Properly identify their referrer through Sponsor’s designated referral process.

Referring additional applicants does not increase the referring applicant’s score or likelihood of becoming the primary VIP 365 winner.

No referral is required to enter or win.

16. Referral Prize

If the verified primary VIP 365 winner was validly referred by another eligible applicant, and Sponsor verifies that referral, the qualifying referrer will also receive:

ARV: $5,400

Accordingly:

Primary Grand Prize — $5,400

Potential Referral Prize — $5,400

MAXIMUM POTENTIAL PRIZE VALUE — $10,800

The Referral Prize is triggered only when the primary winner has a valid qualifying referrer under these Official Rules.

The qualifying referrer must independently satisfy all applicable winner eligibility, verification, screening, waiver, media, conduct, and participation requirements before receiving the Referral Prize.

17. Referral Verification

Referral credit will be determined from Sponsor’s records.

The referred applicant must identify the referrer through the method designated by Sponsor.

Applicants may not:

Create fictitious referrals;

Submit applications on behalf of another person;

Create duplicate applications;

Provide knowingly false contact information;

Falsely claim another individual made a referral; or

Otherwise manipulate the referral program.

In cases involving conflicting, incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or disputed referral claims, Sponsor will determine the qualifying referrer based upon its records and available evidence, subject to applicable law.

POST-CONTEST PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

18. Separate Post-Contest Promotional Offers

After the VIP 365 Contest has concluded and the Grand Prize winner has been selected, Sponsor may, at its discretion, offer non-winning finalists or other qualified applicants separate promotional opportunities to enroll in Nomad Mixed Combat HQ coaching programs.

Any such offer is separate from this Contest, is not a Contest prize, is not guaranteed by entering or becoming a finalist, may require paid enrollment, and has no effect on Contest judging or winner selection.

Participation in or purchase of any such offer is entirely optional and will be subject to the terms disclosed when the offer is made.

VERIFICATION & CONTINUED PARTICIPATION

19. Winner Verification

Before any VIP 365 prize is awarded, each potential winner may be required to:

Provide government-issued identification;

Verify age and residency;

Verify material application information;

Complete required background-screening authorization;

Execute an eligibility declaration or affidavit;

Execute training and liability waivers;

Execute applicable media/publicity releases;

Complete required training documentation; and

Satisfy other reasonable requirements consistent with these Official Rules.

Failure to complete required verification within 3 business days after receiving Sponsor’s request may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.

20. Truthfulness of Application; Fraud & Misrepresentation

All information provided in connection with VIP 365 must be truthful and materially accurate.

If Sponsor determines that an applicant, finalist, potential winner, or winner materially falsified, concealed, omitted where disclosure was required, or misrepresented information in connection with:

Their application;

Eligibility;

Finalist interview;

Background screening;

Referral;

Winner verification; or

Other material Contest-related communication,

Sponsor may immediately disqualify that individual.

If the false or misleading information is discovered after the prize has been awarded or VIP 365 participation has begun, Sponsor may terminate the individual’s remaining participation and benefits, subject to applicable law.

The individual will not be entitled to cash or compensation for unused benefits following a valid termination.

21. One-Year Participation Commitment

VIP 365 is designed as an approximately 12-month coaching and development experience.

A winner must make a good-faith commitment to:

Train at Nomad Mixed Combat HQ at least three times per week, subject to reasonable exceptions;

Participate in required onboarding;

Participate in applicable progress and coaching processes;

Follow reasonable coaching and safety instructions;

Behave appropriately toward coaches, staff, other participants, and guests; and

Comply with Nomad Mixed Combat HQ’s ordinary facility and program policies.

Temporary inability to participate due to legitimate circumstances will be addressed under applicable Nomad Mixed Combat HQ policies.

22. Continued Eligibility, Conduct & Program Requirements

VIP 365 is a conditional 12-month coaching experience requiring continued compliance with Nomad Mixed Combat HQ’s safety, conduct, participation, and program policies.

Continued receipt of VIP 365 benefits is conditioned upon compliance with:

These Official Rules;

Nomad Mixed Combat HQ membership and facility policies;

Safety requirements;

Reasonable coaching instructions;

Participant conduct standards;

Required waivers and agreements;

VIP 365 participation requirements; and

Applicable law.

Sponsor may suspend or terminate participation for material or repeated violations, including but not limited to:

Unsafe conduct;

Violence or threats outside the legitimate scope of supervised training;

Harassment;

Fraud or dishonesty;

Materially disruptive behavior;

Intentional property damage;

Material violation of facility policies;

Material violation of these Official Rules;

Knowingly providing materially false information;

Conduct reasonably jeopardizing the safety of coaches, participants, staff, or guests;

or Conduct reasonably causing substantial harm to Nomad Mixed Combat HQ’s legitimate operations or business interests.

Termination may result in forfeiture of all remaining unused VIP 365 benefits without cash substitute or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

23. Sponsor’s Right to Terminate Participation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nomad Mixed Combat HQ reserves the right to suspend or discontinue a winner’s continued participation when Sponsor reasonably determines in good faith that continued participation:

Presents a legitimate safety concern;

Is materially disruptive to the training environment;

Is materially incompatible with the requirements or objectives of VIP 365;

Creates a substantial legitimate operational or business concern;

Demonstrates persistent unwillingness to participate in the required coaching process;

Involves repeated material violations of Nomad policies; or

Otherwise provides reasonable grounds for termination consistent with Sponsor’s legitimate safety, conduct, operational, or program interests.

VIP 365 does not create an unconditional right to receive training or services for twelve months regardless of subsequent conduct or circumstances.

If participation is validly terminated, all remaining unused VIP 365 benefits may be forfeited without cash payment, refund, replacement, or extension.

24. Public Statements & Business Harm

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to prohibit an individual from expressing truthful opinions, providing truthful reviews, reporting legitimate concerns, communicating with governmental authorities, or exercising another legally protected right.

However, knowingly making materially false factual statements regarding Nomad Mixed Combat HQ, its owners, coaches, employees, participants, facilities, or VIP 365 program that materially harm or are reasonably likely to materially harm Sponsor’s legitimate business interests may constitute grounds for termination to the extent permitted by applicable law.

DOCUMENTATION, TRAINING & OPERATIONS

25. Documentation & Media Participation

A material component of VIP 365 is documenting the winner’s development throughout the approximately one-year experience.

As a condition of accepting VIP 365, the winner must be reasonably willing to participate in documentation that may include:

Training footage;

Photographs;

Interviews;

Progress updates;

Milestones;

Before-and-after documentation where appropriate;

Training-session content;

Social-media content; and

Genuine testimonials voluntarily reflecting the winner’s experience.

Specific rights regarding use of a winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, statements, photographs, and video will be governed by a separate written media/publicity release executed before participation.

26. Health, Safety & Training

Winning VIP 365 does not guarantee participation in every training activity, testing opportunity, event, class, or service.

Participation remains subject to applicable:

Safety requirements;

Training waivers;

Appropriate conduct;

Coaching decisions;

Physical readiness;

Scheduling and capacity;

Testing eligibility; and

Other legitimate Nomad Mixed Combat HQ participation requirements.

Nomad Mixed Combat HQ may modify an individual’s participation when reasonably necessary for safety or appropriate coaching.

27. Business Operations, Scheduling & Availability

VIP 365 provides access to eligible Nomad Mixed Combat HQ training, coaching, events, and other included benefits as those services are scheduled and offered by Nomad Mixed Combat HQ during the applicable prize period.

Nomad Mixed Combat HQ retains control over its normal business operations and may modify its:

Training schedule;

Class schedule;

Coaching schedule;

Session times;

Session availability;

Facility hours;

Instructors or coaches;

Programming;

Saturday Advanced Training Intensive schedule;

Coach’s Corner schedule;

Online coaching schedule;

Special-event schedule;

Holiday schedule;

Vacation schedule; and

Other operational schedules or programming

when reasonably necessary for business, operational, staffing, safety, scheduling, programming, or other legitimate purposes.

Such modifications do not entitle a winner to a cash refund, cash equivalent, substitute payment, or automatic extension of the VIP 365 prize period.

VIP 365 does not guarantee that any particular class, training session, coach, instructor, event, intensive, service, time slot, schedule, or number of sessions will remain available throughout the entire prize period.

The approximately 12-month prize period continues according to its applicable start and end dates notwithstanding ordinary holidays, vacations, closures, schedule modifications, canceled sessions, or changes in programming, except where Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

28. Temporary or Permanent Business Interruption

Nomad Mixed Combat HQ’s ability to provide VIP 365 benefits is subject to the continued operation and availability of its business, facilities, coaches, programs, and services.

If Nomad Mixed Combat HQ becomes temporarily or permanently unable to provide some or all VIP 365 services because of circumstances including, but not limited to:

Illness;

Injury;

Incapacity;

Death of an owner, coach, or other essential person;

Fire;

Flood;

Tornado;

Severe weather;

Natural disaster or other act of God;

Epidemic, pandemic, or public-health emergency;

Government action or order;

Damage to, destruction of, or loss of access to the training facility;

Utility, equipment, technology, or infrastructure failure;

Labor, staffing, instructor, or contractor unavailability;

Emergency closure;

Legal or regulatory requirements;

Material business interruption;

Relocation;

Sale or reorganization of the business;

Suspension of operations;

Permanent discontinuation or cessation of business operations; or

Other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control that materially prevent or impair delivery of the applicable services,

Sponsor may suspend, modify, substitute, relocate, reduce, or discontinue affected VIP 365 services to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.

No Cash Value, Refund or Guaranteed Extension

If some or all VIP 365 services become temporarily or permanently unavailable because of such circumstances, the winner will not be entitled to payment of the advertised retail value, reimbursement for unused benefits, a cash refund, cash equivalent, substitute cash payment, or other monetary compensation merely because some or all remaining services cannot be provided.

The VIP 365 prize period will not automatically pause or extend because of a temporary closure, vacation, schedule modification, interruption, canceled class or event, instructor unavailability, relocation, suspension of operations, or other interruption.

Sponsor may, at its discretion and without creating an obligation to do so, provide substitute services, alternate programming, online training, make-up opportunities, relocation of services, an extension, or another reasonable accommodation when Sponsor determines doing so is practical and appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

29. Taxes & Expenses

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt of a prize.

Winners are also responsible for transportation, personal equipment, clothing, meals, and other expenses not expressly identified as included in VIP 365.

Sponsor may issue any tax documentation required by law.

CONTEST ADMINISTRATION

30. Conduct & Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify an applicant or finalist for:

Materially false or misleading information;

Fraud;

Duplicate or fraudulent applications;

Manipulation of community support;

Manipulation of the referral process;

Threatening, abusive, unsafe, or materially disruptive conduct;

Interference with administration of the Contest;

Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements;

Failure to complete required finalist activities; or

Material violation of these Official Rules.

Disqualification may occur at any point before the individual is officially verified as a winner.

After a prize has been awarded, Sections 21–29 govern continued participation, operations, and potential termination or interruption.

31. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation of Contest

If fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, legal or regulatory requirements, social-media platform failure, circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, or other events materially impair the integrity or administration of the Contest itself, Sponsor may modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Contest to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Sponsor will not use this provision merely to avoid awarding an otherwise valid prize.

32. Privacy & Communications

Personal information collected through the Contest will be handled according to Nomad Mixed Combat HQ’s applicable privacy practices. Agreement to these Official Rules does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing calls, text messages, or emails. Where separate consent is required, applicants may choose whether to provide that consent through a separate, clearly disclosed checkbox on the application. Any such consent is not required to enter, become a finalist, or win.

33. Social Media Disclaimer

The Contest may be advertised, promoted, and administered in part through social-media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party social-media platform used to promote the Contest.

Entrants release applicable social-media platforms from responsibility for administration of the Contest to the extent permitted by law.

Finalists participating in Contest-related social promotion must comply with applicable platform rules and legally required disclosure requirements.

34. No Guarantee of Selection, Award or Enrollment

Submission of an application does not guarantee:

Selection as a finalist;

Receipt of a finalist Beast Intro;

Selection as the VIP 365 winner;

Receipt of a Referral Prize;

Receipt of a Finalist Award;

Receipt of an Applicant Award;

Acceptance into a Nomad Mixed Combat HQ coaching program; or

Any other benefit not expressly awarded under these Official Rules.

35. Acceptance of Official Rules

By submitting an application, each applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.

Applicants acknowledge and understand that:

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

NO REFERRAL IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

PURCHASING DOES NOT INCREASE OR DECREASE AN APPLICANT’S LIKELIHOOD OF WINNING.

UP TO FIVE FINALISTS MAY BE SELECTED.

FINALISTS MUST COMPLETE THE REQUIRED BEAST INTRO, INTERVIEW, RECORDING, FINALIST COMMUNITY CAMPAIGN, AND AUGUST 22 GRAND OPENING SATURDAY TRAINING TO REMAIN ELIGIBLE. FINALIST PARTICIPATION AND PERFORMANCE DURING THE INTENSIVE WILL BE CONSIDERED IN THE FINAL SELECTION.
